Westport Properties, Inc. (US Storage Centers) is seeking a Property Manager Self Storage in Lakewood, CO. You will market storage solutions, rent units, and manage daily property operations to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel for required training. Normal hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with weekend potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Real ID or passport required for travel to training center (as of effective date).

Responsibilities

• Market and rent self-storage space to customers.
• Work indoors and on-site, including outdoor property areas.
• Perform daily property walk-throughs and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain curb appeal.

Job Title: Property Manager Self Storage

Reports to: District Manager

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Status: Full-time

Location: Lakewood - Colfax, CO

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM – subject to change; ability to work on weekends

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Travel: 0-10% of the Time

Job Description

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required to perform the essential functions of the job

Requirements

• Effective 5/7/25 MUST have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center

Physical Requirements

• Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal
