Job summary

US Storage Centers, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager Self Storage to join our on-site team in Mesa, AZ. Market and rent storage solutions, work both in the office and on the property, and handle daily maintenance to keep spaces ready to rent.

This full-time role offers regular business hours, weekly pay, and benefits. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; travel up to 25% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail/restaurant/hospitality or self-storage is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Real ID or Passport required for training center travel.

Job Title: Property Manager Self Storage

Reports to: District Manager

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Status: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30AM to 6:00PM – subject to change; ability to work on weekends

Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Travel: 10-25% of the Time

Job Description

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers

Requirements

• Effective 5/7/25 MUST have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center

Physical Requirements

• Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds


• Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors


• Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal
