Peak Property Group, a Coastal Ridge company, is seeking a forward-thinking multi-site Property Manager (Scattered Site) to add to our growing Columbus property management team. As Property Manager (Scattered Site), you’ll be responsible for assisting in the daily management of our Columbus investment portfolio, consisting of over 100 multi-family properties in some of its most desirable neighborhoods including Grandview, Short North, Dublin, German Village, and OSU campus area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily property activity of assigned portfolio, including but not limited to leasing, maintenance, and administrative functions. Provide support and resource allocation to meet the needs of the property. Support the efforts of the Senior Property Manager.
  • Maintain financial awareness including regular review of property financials, expense management, income optimization, and business plan execution.
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders including asset management, project management, third-party owners, and commercial tenants.
  • Provide support and assistance to all customer service efforts, including resolving resident and property issues. Communicate regularly and timely. Ensure resolution of escalated property, city, or resident issues and concerns.
  • Participate in new property assessment and due diligence, renovation projections, deferred maintenance planning, and new property onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the management and service team to ensure individual and team goals are met. Assist in other special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Progressive experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality preferred.
  • Familiar with multifamily conventional, student, multi-site, and/or scattered site housing preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel. Comfort using technology.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy. Access to company vehicle is provided.
