The position offers a stable schedule (8:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday) with a salary range of $60,000-$62,000 based on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years property management experience or equivalent required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional certifications (CMH, ARM, CAM, RAM, LIHTC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by collecting rent, processing invoices, and budgeting with the Regional Housing Manager.
• Maintain resident and business files in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Fill vacancies, enforce leases, manage waitlists, and show units to prospective renters.
• Inspect property daily, plan repairs, and manage maintenance vendors.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance appraisals; approve time sheets.
