Job summary

TISHCO Properties LLC is seeking a Property Manager - Hourly for a full-time role in Wrightsville, GA. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, including leasing, resident relations, and financial management to maintain community standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2+ years of management experience; knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Benefits include health and other standard offerings. Monday - Friday schedule with possible staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to manage customers and/or situations in ethical and professional manner
• 2+ years management experience required; property management experience preferred
• Knowledge of or ability to learn property management computer software such as Yardi

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex and ensure resident satisfaction and retention
• Manage leasing activities, move-ins/outs, and marketing effectiveness
• Handle financial management, compliance, maintenance coordination and staff supervision if applicable
