What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and implement business plans for assigned retail properties to maximize asset value and NOI
• Provide monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting as required by clients
• Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure properties are maintained properly
• Build relationships to retain current business and pursue additional clients and opportunities
• Support the broker/agency leasing team throughout the leasing process
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• College graduate preferred
• TX Real Estate License required within 90 days
• At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably with multiple retail properties
• In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
• Competency in using Microsoft Office and general computer navigation
