1st Lake Properties in Metairie, LA is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations for PREMISES APARTMENTS. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with policies.

You’ll coordinate repairs, supervise teams, and drive occupancy through effective marketing and relationship building with residents. The role includes maintaining records, preparing reports, and upholding high standards of safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of leasing and apartment operations.
• Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
• Experience overseeing property maintenance is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AppFolio is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
