MetroPlains Management, LLC is seeking a part-time Property Manager for School House Apartments in Beulah, North Dakota. You will oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, and resident relations to maintain occupancy and property value.

You will manage leasing, marketing, vendor relationships, and financials while ensuring compliance with affordable housing standards. This role emphasizes independence, strong communication, and customer service in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in engaging prospects, closing leases, and maintaining high occupancy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Market and lease to attract residents and exceed goals.
• Process rental applications per affordable housing standards.
• Create marketing plans based on market trends and pricing.
• Collect rents, manage invoices, and analyze financials.
• Coordinate vendors and maintenance staff for property upkeep.
• Foster positive resident relations and handle issues promptly.
• Lead by example and train a high-quality on-site team.
• Proficient use of Yardi and Rent Café for records.
