Responsibilities

• Maintain properties by completing maintenance requests and repairs (general maintenance, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance installation and repairs, groundskeeping).

• Take ownership of property care and identify additional maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Prioritize safety and quality; follow procedures and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities may also include trash and large-item removal, pool maintenance, and seasonal property upkeep, depending on the community.* **Deliver Exceptional Resident Service:** Interact with residents professionally, respectfully, and courteously.
