Job summary

UniLodge Living Group seeks a commercially minded leader to oversee property operations, resident experience, financial performance, occupancy, sales and administration. You will ensure top-tier maintenance, cultivate stakeholder relationships and drive budgeted outcomes within a team environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget management and strong operational execution to deliver a high-quality living experience across our assets.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in property management or related service field.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with budget and occupancy management experience.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the property, including resident experience, financial management, occupancy, sales and administration.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and presentation to high standards.
  • Nurture key stakeholder relationships as part of a team.
  • Optimize financial return and overall performance per the budget.
  • Be familiar with operating agreements and manage the property per management agreement and KPIs.
  • Aid in the preparation of the budget.
  • Resolve issues efficiently using effective incident management including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Provide leadership and direction to develop a high-performing staff.

Job description

Role

Step into your next role by providing an exceptional customer service experience to all internal and external customers. You will oversee all aspects of the property including resident experience, financial management, occupancy, sales, and administration. More specifically you will:

  • Maintaining the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation
  • Nurture key stakeholder relationships as part of a team
  • Optimise the financial return, and the overall financial performance of the property as outlined in the Financial Model/Budget
  • Be thoroughly familiar with our Operating Agreements and to manage the property as per the management agreement and all associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Aid in the preparation of the budget
  • Resolve issues effectively and efficiently and apply effective incident management, including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to develop a team of high performing staff
About You

As a Commercially Minded Leader, You Will Demonstrate a Passion For Creating Exceptional Resident Experiences And Driving Operational Success Across a Modern Asset. You Will Also Have

  • Proven leadership experience in property management, accommodation, hospitality, student living, or a related service-driven industry.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, occupancy, and business performance.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Valid Police Check + WWCC
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate – or willing to obtain
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
