Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of property management experience across commercial/mixed-use portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and NOI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property performance and financial management within approved budgets.
• Ensure lease compliance, rent escalations, CAM reconciliations, and recoveries.
• Coordinate with leasing, legal, and accounting teams on issues and renewals.
• Identify capital improvements and manage CapEx budgets and timelines.
• Manage vendor relationships, bids, contracts, and invoices.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and oversee risk management.
• Provide leadership to on-site staff and align operations with ownership goals.
