Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered environments such as retail or service-based roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest products, including packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure readiness and inventory accuracy.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and follow up on overdue accounts when required.
