Job summary

LR Management in Michigan is seeking a Property Manager to lead a team and drive the performance of the community in all areas. The role requires prior apartment management experience and a proactive, self-directed mindset.

The Property Manager will oversee leasing, operations, maintenance, finances, and staff development to ensure quality service and timely enforcement of policies. A competitive compensation package with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with multi-family housing management.
• Experience in property management or other related fields.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
• Team-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff and oversee timesheet submission.
• Approve all overtime and vacation requests.
• Participate in hiring and training staff.
• Conduct employee reviews.
• Maintain relations with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Oversee accounts receivable, rent and fees billed and collected.
• Prepare, post, and make bank deposits daily.
• Oversee service and capital contracts for timeliness and accuracy; maintain COIs.
