Job summary

RHM Real Estate Group in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a multifamily community. You will build strong relationships with owners, partners, employees, and residents while driving financial performance and property standards.

Responsibilities include leasing, maintenance coordination in Yardi, vendor management, and staff leadership. The role offers on-site management with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years prior experience in a Property Manager, Community Manager, and/or Site Manager position required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and/or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification is a plus
• Willingness to achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
• Competence in utilizing Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
• Competence in utilizing Yardi software highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Financial Management - Set financial goals, handle collections, maintain records, prepare budgets and income projections
• Leasing Operations - Maximize occupancy and ensure market-ready apartments and grounds
• Maintenance Coordination - Enter and monitor service requests in Yardi; schedule maintenance with Maintenance Supervisor
• Performance Analysis - Monitor budgets, traffic, and renewal information
• Vendor & Contractor Management - Communicate scheduling, billing, and insurance certificates
• Administrative Duties - Maintain resident files and payroll hours; ensure procedures
• Emergency & Safety Oversight - Oversee safety protocols to minimize liabilities
• Resident Relations & Retention - Address concerns and organize community events
• Staff Development & Leadership - Conduct meetings; provide training and leadership
