Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Springside Apartment community in Powder Springs, GA. The role requires leading a team, overseeing budgeting and financials, and ensuring resident satisfaction while maintaining property standards. Compensation starts at $75,000 annually plus bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site) preferred
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff
• Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met
• Maintain accurate resident records, post all rent, deposits and fees and all A/P functions
• Follow all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents
• Complete building inspections and ensure property standards are met
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance team and ensure resident requests are completed
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues
• Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with a high attention to detail
