Description

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a PROPERTY MANAGER who will oversee operations at two affordable housing communities located in Palatka, FL. This full-time salaried position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Over 4 weeks of paid time off annually
  • Affordable health plans with premiums as low as $98/month for medical, $24 for dental, and $8 for vision, including free virtual healthcare services upon enrollment

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Maintain positive resident relations and meet community needs through excellent customer service
  • Oversee community operations, including marketing, leasing, maintenance supervision, budgeting, resident concerns, and vendor interactions
  • Ensure compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit program standards
  • Hire, train, and motivate on-site staff; evaluate employee performance
  • Utilize RealPage's OneSite software for operations, reporting, payroll, and accounts payable

Requirements

  • Previous property management experience
  • Experience working with seniors is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate challenges and determine solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and RealPage OneSite
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, vendors, and residents
