Property Manager for Affordable Communities LIHTC

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a PROPERTY MANAGER to oversee operations at two affordable housing communities in Palatka, FL. This full-time, salaried position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Over 4 weeks of paid time off annually
  • Affordable health plans with premiums as low as $98/month for medical, $24 for dental, and $8 for vision, including free virtual healthcare services upon enrollment

Responsibilities
  • Resident Relations: Maintain a positive, service-oriented approach to meet resident and community needs.
  • Operations: Oversee community management, marketing, leasing, maintenance supervision, budgeting, and vendor interactions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Low Income Housing Tax Credit standards and other programmatic requirements.
  • Leadership & Supervision: Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate on-site staff to maximize productivity.
  • Administrative: Use RealPage's OneSite software efficiently; manage reporting, payroll, and accounts payable.
Requirements
