AMC ACQUISITIONS LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager for The Oaks at Old Hickory in Old Hickory, TN. You will oversee the property’s day-to-day operations, occupancy, and lease administration to maximize returns.

Responsibilities include advertising vacancies, showing units, negotiating leases, coordinating maintenance, and managing budgets and reports. A.A. degree and 1–2 years related experience are preferred; valid driver’s license and state licenses when required are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) preferred.
• Literacy in English (reading) required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property mgmt software (One-Site, Real Page).
• Valid driver’s license; apartment manager’s license and real estate license when required by state law.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations to maintain occupancy and profitability.
• Advertise vacancies, show units, and screen applicants.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
• Coordinate maintenance, renovations, and contracts.
• Prepare and monitor annual budget and expenses.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to guide decisions.
