Responsibilities include leasing, inspections, staff interviews, policy enforcement, and resident relations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage schedules.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
