KPM Property Management seeks a dedicated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our residential communities in Arlington, TX. You will manage leasing, maintenance, resident relations, staff supervision, and financial performance to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Requirements include 5+ years in multifamily property management, a degree in Business/Real Estate, bilingual communication, and proficiency with Rent Manager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills for diverse resident communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
• Supervise and train on-site staff to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental goals.
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, collections, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, manage budgets, and analyze financial reports.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and vendor contracts for timely upkeep.
