Job summary

KPM Property Management, LLC, based in Houston, Texas, is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee daily operations of assigned multifamily properties, drive occupancy, and achieve financial objectives. You will lead onsite teams, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and resident services, administer leases, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Strong leadership, bilingual communication, and proficiency with PM software and MS Office are required; CAM/CAPS

Qualifications

3+ years in multifamily property management or real estate operations.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Bilingual skills to engage with diverse residents.

Responsibilities

Manage daily property operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
Lead and develop onsite teams to promote high performance and customer service.
Implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Administer lease agreements, ensure compliance with laws, and handle tenant communications.
Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to uphold property standards.
Address resident concerns promptly to maintain positive community relations.
