Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, and drive financial and operational goals at our Boise property. The role emphasizes strong judgment, relationship-building, and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.

You will manage leasing, coordinate maintenance, and implement retention initiatives while ensuring compliance and meaningful reporting.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of property management experience
• Ability to exercise sound judgment
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
• Knowledge in Fair Housing

Mansioni

• Operate the property within financial guidelines
• Perform daily physical inspections and coordinate with maintenance
• Supervise staff, schedules, and duties
• Interview and hire property employees
• Ensure AMC policies are upheld and reported
• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales techniques
• Handle resident requests with discretion
• Administrative duties including required reporting
• Maintain resident retention programs and social activities
• Design and maintain marketing concepts for property staff
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair housing, AMC safety guidelines
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents, employees, vendors
