Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure financial and operational goals are met at an AMC property in Sammamish, WA. The role includes interviewing and hiring staff, enforcing policies, and driving leasing performance.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of management experience, strong judgment, and attention to detail, with knowledge of Fair Housing and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, assign schedules, delegate duties, and resolve conflicts.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Uphold AMC policies and report infractions as required.
• Meet leasing objectives using proper sales techniques, including first-hand leasing.
• Address resident requests or concerns with discretion.
• Handle administrative duties and required reporting.
• Design and maintain a resident retention program (newsletter, referrals, events).
• Develop and maintain a marketing and advertising concept for staff.
