Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry. We seek a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and drive financial and leasing goals for our properties.

The role emphasizes compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA guidelines, with an emphasis on resident satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, interviewing staff, maintaining reports, and implementing marketing concepts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Senior Housing experience preferred.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff including schedules and task delegation.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies are followed and infractions reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales techniques.
• Address resident requests with discretion and timeliness.
• Handle administrative duties and reporting.
