Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and drive financial and leasing goals at a Walnut Creek property. The role emphasizes compliance, resident relations, and process improvements to boost retention and property performance.

Compensation includes a full-time, annual salary of $110,000–$120,000, with comprehensive benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, scheduling, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies and procedures are followed and reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with proper sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests or concerns with discretion.
• Administrative duties including required reporting.
• Design and maintain a resident retention program and social activities.
• Develop and maintain marketing and advertising concepts for staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair housing, and AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents, staff, vendors.
