Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations in California. You will supervise the team, coordinate maintenance, hire staff, and ensure leasing targets are met with strong sales techniques.

You will implement resident retention and marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and ability to build positive relationships are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Supervise staff, manage work schedules, delegation, and conflict resolution.
• Meet leasing objectives using effective sales techniques including first-hand leasing.
• Respond to resident requests or concerns with sound judgment and discretion.
• Handle administrative duties including required reporting and documentation.
• Design and maintain a resident retention program and marketing concepts.
• Ensure OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety compliance.
