ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Norcross, GA to oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities and maximize revenue while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will lead leasing, maintenance coordination, and a team of staff; analyze market data to set competitive rents and improve occupancy; ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting. This role requires flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous Property Manager experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong computer, negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and pricing strategy.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance staff and admin.
• Supervise work orders, move-ins, make-readies and maintenance requests with the team.
• Oversee lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Perform regular property inspections ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets and analyze performance.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
