Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff: schedules, delegation, conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies are upheld and reported.
• Meet leasing objectives using effective sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests with independent judgment.
• Take responsibility for required reporting.
