Job summary

Ginkgo Residential seeks a dedicated Property Manager to lead a multi‑million‑dollar asset. You will oversee daily operations, maintenace, leasing, and staff oversight to drive resident satisfaction and property performance.

You will manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with housing laws and industry best practices. A strong leader with experience in Entrata/Yardi and Office Suite is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate or related field; or 5+ years of PM experience in lieu.
• 5+ years of property management, leasing, or related field.
• Industry certifications CAM, CAPS, CALP preferred.
• Strong leadership, people management, organizational, compliance, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Entrata or Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Property Operations: lead day-to-day property ops, leasing, and resident experience.
• Team Management: supervise and develop property staff for efficiency.
• Leasing Management: conduct tours, process applications, manage leases.
• Financial Oversight: manage budgets, track expenses, rent collection, reports.
• Resident Relations: deliver exceptional service, address concerns, foster community.
• Maintenance Coordination: oversee maintenance requests and repairs.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to laws and industry best practices.
• Other Duties: support property’s success as needed.
