Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations in California. This on-site role requires supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring leasing targets are met while maintaining resident satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of property management experience, strong judgment, and a focus on detail. AMC offers competitive pay from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies are upheld and infractions reported.
• Meet leasing objectives using proper sales techniques.
• Address resident requests with discretion and independence.
• Handle administrative duties and required reporting.
• Design and maintain resident retention programs and events.
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising concepts for staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents, staff, vendors.
