Job summary

DASMEN Residential seeks a full-time Property Manager responsible for day-to-day property operations and value enhancement. You will manage budgets, rents, and vendor coordination while upholding Fair Housing and state/federal laws.

You must have on-site management experience, strong supervision skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi Voyager. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in on-site property management; 2 as a property manager.
• Background in supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Yardi Voyager.
• Must have valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to annual budgets with RPM and maintain budget adherence.
• Maintain monthly variances and narratives.
• Ensure rents are collected and deposits reported daily.
• Perform evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors; approve and submit invoices.
