Job summary

NP Dodge Company seeks a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. The role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on achieving ownership goals through effective leadership, leasing, maintenance, and staff oversight.

Responsibilities include tenant relations, regulatory compliance, rent collection, and coordinating service contracts, with emphasis on health, safety, and property upkeep. A High School diploma is required, with lead experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires working knowledge of accounting, leasing, maintenance, and resident retention policies and programs.
• Ability to earn the ARM Certification.
• Knowledge of property management software systems and technology solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the assigned property including maintenance, leasing and grounds.
• Leads, trains, and manages office staff to achieve operational excellence and compliance with policies and standards.
• Communicates with Regional Manager regarding property updates, issues and personnel concerns.
• Ensures deposits, credit card utilization, rent collection and delinquency procedures are executed per policy.
• Handles tenant complaints and issues promptly and professionally; collaborates with Regional Manager to resolve.
