S2 Residential is seeking a Property Manager for The Franklin at Samuels Ave in Alabama. You will lead a team of Leasing Agents, collaborate with Maintenance, and drive occupancy and retention while ensuring high standards and alignment with our core values.

You’ll develop strategic plans, monitor budgets, and report to the executive team on risks and opportunities. A strong customer service mindset and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws
• Must have valid driver's license and auto liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents to meet performance goals
• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure work orders and turns meet standards
• Increase occupancy and resident retention
• Develop and execute strategies for challenging markets
• Approve and monitor budgets for ROI
• Report risks and opportunities to executive team
• Host resident engagement events
• Represent S2 and uphold core values
