Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. You will supervise the on-site team, ensure accurate reporting, and drive resident satisfaction and retention while delivering exceptional service to residents and prospects.

Qualified candidates have leadership experience, strong math skills, a valid driver's license, and at least two years in apartment management; Tax Credit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Leads recruiting, training, and evaluation of the on-site team.
