Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in Property Management or related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; willingness to obtain if instructed.
• Problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• On‑call availability and ability to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of OSHA and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and property value while maintaining community appearance.
• Lead and supervise on-site staff and training.
• Handle resident concerns and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Develop retention programs and communicate events.
• Monitor traffic, conversions, renewal information, and marketing data.
• Ensure rent collection and accurate records (rent rolls, delinquencies).
• Coordinate leasing with team and analyze competition; ensure marketing efficacy.
• Stay within budget guidelines and achieve property goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
