Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in property management or related industry.
• 3+ years of proven customer service experience.
• Experience supervising teams and managing vendor relationships.
• Valid driver's license and ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and guests.
• Drive high occupancy through leasing and retention strategies.
• Collect rent and fees and follow up on delinquencies as needed.
• Walk the community daily to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage operations within budget while maximizing profitability.
• Respond to emergencies outside normal business hours when necessary.
• Oversee daily office operations and lease process follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulations.
