JMC is seeking a motivated property manager to oversee operations of our Milton, MA properties. You will supervise administrative, leasing, and maintenance staff to maintain tenant satisfaction and proactively develop strategies aligning day-to-day operations with long-term company goals.

The role emphasizes rent collection, market-based rent strategy, and collaboration with owner representatives. Exceptional leadership, budgeting, and familiarity with affordable housing are desired.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Budgeting, contract negotiation, and strategic planning experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software.
• Experience with affordable housing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure rent and fees are collected on time and take appropriate action as required.
• Analyze market data to inform rental rates, renewals, and marketing strategies.
• Review and approve new resident applications with property staff.
• Collaborate with property owner representatives on strategy and performance goals.
• Lead annual property audits and prepare properties for internal and external reviews.
