About the Role

As Property Manager, you will take an active leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the community. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a high-quality living environment, supporting your team, building positive resident relationships, and achieving strong operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high occupancy and support leasing and retention efforts
• Build strong, positive relationships with residents and address concerns professionally
• Oversee rent collection and ensure timely payments
• Manage leases, renewals, and related documentation
• Lead, supervise, train, and develop office and maintenance team members
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Oversee the appearance, upkeep, and maintenance of the property
• Promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents and employees
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local officials, police, and fire departments
• Ensure property operations are organized, efficient, and compliant with company standards
• Utilize technology and property management systems to effectively manage daily operations

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience, preferably with market-rate residential properties
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and resident-relations skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology and property management software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Professional, dependable, and proactive approach
• Ability to balance resident service, team leadership, and business objectives
