Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of multifamily property management.
• Entrata experience preferred.
• Commercial property management experience preferred.
• Must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication, organization, management and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial goals and manage assets in owners' best interest.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and income projections.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and deposited timely.
• Generate necessary legal action and documents as per guidelines.
• Coordinate vendor communications regarding scheduling, billing and insurance.
• Ensure accounts payable and petty cash are managed.
• Maintain property occupancy and maximize leasing.
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Effectively close leases with prospective residents.
• Monitor market competition and analyze marketing data.
• Lead emergency response for the community with staff and residents.
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop resident retention programs.
• Ensure staff efficiency through training and leadership.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Uphold professional standards in representation of the company.
