Job summary

Andasol Management Inc. is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a self-storage site.

You will supervise staff, ensure clean, secure facilities, handle rental and collections, and provide outstanding customer service to drive occupancy and revenue. Reporting to the District Manager, you will balance administrative duties with hands-on site management, perform routine inspections, coordinate maintenance, and maintain safety and compliance across the property.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer facing role.
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license; travel between properties required.
• Weekend availability and ability to work independently.
• Office skills including organizational skills, writing, basic math and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good decision making.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPIs: Site Occupancy, Site Audit Score, Customer Reviews, Insurance Penetration, and Annual Delinquency Percentages.
• Exceeds sales goals by promoting units and supplies, following up on leads and garnering positive reviews.
• Guide customers through the rental process including offering insurance and 3rd party products.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep interior areas and exterior grounds clean.
• Conduct site auctions, balance cash drawers, handle payments, and inspect units for market readiness.
• Deliver excellent customer service through multi-channel communication and handle complaints.
• Deliver bank deposits and mail daily and maintain inventory of supplies and maintenance equipment.
• Manage people and resources at the property level to ensure daily operations.
