Job summary

CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee property operations, leasing, and resident relations.

You’ll supervise staff, manage budgets, set rents, review invoices, and coordinate with owners to optimize occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities include enforcing lease terms, inspecting properties, and driving resident satisfaction through timely service and maintenance coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management policies and procedures is a plus.
• Criminal history and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financials and market data.
• Set rents, collect and post rent/fees, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Enforce lease terms, conduct inspections, issue notices, and manage evictions as needed.
• Oversee property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness and appearance.
• Supervise staff through interviewing, hiring, and training in line with company policies.
• Engage with owners, provide performance updates, and respond to owner requests.
