Millennia Housing Management is seeking a Property Manager in Kent, OH. Qualifications

• At least three-plus years of property management experience.
• One plus year of supervisory experience at a large-scale residential community.
• Housing experience preferred, HUD/LIHTC emphasis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions and implement actions.
• Strong budgeting and business operations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversees leasing and on-site operations to maintain high retention and strong customer service.
• Maximizes occupancy and rent potential while ensuring profitability and budget adherence.
• Directs on-site staff, schedules, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors on capital improvement projects and property upkeep.
• Handle tenant concerns and emergency responses promptly.
