West Line Flats Apartments in Lakewood, CO is seeking a full-time Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the community. You will maximize occupancy, manage on-site staff, handle resident concerns, and coordinate leasing and marketing efforts to meet budget goals.

You will oversee rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance with applicable laws while promoting a safe and welcoming environment for residents. This role offers growth potential with a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of property management experience.
• CAM or ARM preferred; willingness to obtain.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel and be on-call.
• Fair Housing certification preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office and property software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and property value while maintaining community appearance.
• Manage on-site staff and training.
• Address resident concerns with a positive service attitude.
• Develop and implement retention programs and events.
• Monitor budget, rents, and financial performance.
• Coordinate leasing and marketing efforts with the leasing team.
• Maintain records like rent rolls and delinquency reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
