Union West Apartments in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maximize occupancy, and maintain community standards. This role requires leadership of on-site staff and coordination with leasing to reach budgeted goals.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience in property management or related work.
• Must be willing to obtain CAM/ARM if instructed by senior management.
• Able to travel to attend company gatherings near home property or other states.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.

• Maintains and files rent rolls and delinquency reports.
• Oversees repairs, makes rounds, and coordinates with maintenance.
• Maintains make-ready boards and vacancy status daily.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates on-site staff; manages timesheets.
• Other duties as assigned.
