Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in Property Management or relevant work.
• CAM or ARM preferred; willingness to obtain if instructed.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to travel as needed, OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of integrity and compliance with laws and procedures.
• Enhance resident experience and ensure high-quality living impressions.
• Address resident concerns with a positive customer service attitude.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and communications.
• Monitor leasing activity, marketing data, and budget adherence.
• Supervise on-site staff, training, performance reviews, and timesheets.
• Ensure rents and related charges are collected and posted promptly.
