The role oversees customer service, delinquencies, outreach activities, tours, and open houses to maximize occupancy and performance.

Requirements include 2+ years of property management experience, a strong leasing and collections background, and excellent communication.

• 2+ years of property management experience
• Must have a good leasing background and collections background
• Experience managing over 300 apartments
• Good communication skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team that handles customer service, delinquencies, outreach and tours.
• Manage open houses and property tours.
• Handle complaints and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure the property is clean and well presented.
