Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience
• Experience managing over 300 apartments
• Strong communication skills
• Must have leasing background and collections background

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team handling customer service and maintenance.
• Manage delinquencies and collections.
• Coordinate outreach and tours for properties.
• Manage open houses and showings.
• Handle complaints and maintenance of properties.
• Ensure properties are clean and presentable.
