Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Willingness to travel between multiple properties using own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess storage needs and suggest solutions.
• Sell packing supplies and moving items when appropriate.
• Inspect storage units daily to ensure inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder calls when needed.
