Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who can work across multiple locations in Texas. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

The role requires driving to various properties, managing cash deposits, and assisting customers with payments while maintaining a high level of service. Mileage is reimbursed and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or hospitality.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and handle reminder/collection calls when needed.
