Public Storage in College Park, MD is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations. You will assess storage needs, upsell packing supplies, and ensure spaces are ready for rent while handling daily cash handling and deposits.

You will travel between properties using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement, and enjoy a schedule that supports full-time hours with benefits after 20+ hours. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and handle reminders and collections when needed.
